Pretty cool little joint. I needed to feed my inner coffee addict and pump out a bit of work at the same time. Sunago Coffee provided just the spot to make both of these things achievable. The Baristas were very friendly and knowledgeable capable of actually providing more in depth details of their offerings. (Yes, I'm a coffee nerd and I want to know these things) Great atmosphere, great service, and delicious coffee! Need I say more..... Actually, I do need to say more. The bathroom art is freaking awesome! Even if you don't need to "go" - GO!!!!
Great local place. Plenty of space to sit and stay a while. It’s typically always busy but not too full. The noise level is minimal for a coffee place and the coffee itself is great. Workers are always friendly and welcoming.
Hardin Valley finally has a place I’m excited to visit! This new coffee shop has been so thoughtfully planned out. It has a spacious interior with a variety of seating options. The furnishings are gorgeous, and the menu is very appealing. There is even a separate space in the back, which would be great for group meetings and small celebrations! Right now this coffee shop is best suited for dining in and enjoying the atmosphere, but the owner said he wis working on mobile ordering and quick pick-up options. Menu highlight: My daughter’s hot chocolate had a delightful hint of vanilla and my chorizo stuffed croissant was the perfect morning fuel for our Sunday day hike in the Smokies!
Myself and my wife stopped in for a frappe and a latte before shopping. I'd have to say they were both great. The person who took our order was polite, professional and a joy to chat with while taking our order. She made our drinks in no time, the place was clean and quiet, just what we wanted. We'll be back for sure.
Coffee was VERY GOOD! No artificial tastes or bitter coffee tastes. I got iced white mocha. 8 for a small, but it’s totally worth it. Located in a very nice building. Kind of dark inside, not really my thing but can’t complain because there is a nice table outside :) Definitely my favorite coffee so far in all of Knoxville.
Coming in most Saturday mornings, this is by far the highlight of the day. The team behind the counter is always friendly and excited to offer suggestions om what new flavor concoctions they have percolating in the back of their minds. You won't go wrong stopping by for a cuppa and enjoying the amazing atmosphere they have built here!
I went by today to pick up my bread- these guys have a great relationship with a local Baker! Of course this is after my workout and I Deserved a coffee too! Great cross marketing!!! Elaina and I had a moment to talk- She’s a hard-working business owner, and it shows in their coffee. Coming from the Pacific Northwest both of us, we know our coffee! Coffee paired with friendly service and consistent clientele make for a winning environment- Cheers see you soon
I visited Sunago for the first time today with a friend :) WOW , what a pleasant atmosphere and comfy surroundings we encountered !! We were greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming words at the service counter. Our drinks , coffee and chai tea , were yummy and hit the spot on this cold ,snowy morning Our surroundings were immaculately clean and the tables and seating areas spacious and comfy ! The drink menu and food offerings were plentiful with a wide range of taste options ! Definitely will return for another visit So glad to know we have such a wonderful coffee shop in our local Hardin Valley area
